I am excited to have the chance to work with an amazing team this year! I aim to one day pursue a career in the video game industry. As an avid gamer, I often spend most of my free time playing or making video games. Don’t be afraid to ask me anything about games or the club!

UBC Game Dev Treasurer

Alex Wang
Treasurer

Greetings, My name is Alex Wang, and I am a third-year business student at UBC. As the club’s treasurer, I am responsible for due diligence regarding reimbursement and the budgeting process. I ensure the financial health of this club so we have a solid foundation for future growth. Gaming has always been a part of my life. I started in online FPS and then fell in love with triple-A single-player games because of their grandiose environment and riveting story. I feel lucky to be the treasurer of the Game Development Club because I can leverage my business skills to support a community that I appreciate.
